Kate and Rob had their wedding ceremony on a sunny day in August 2020 at Christ Church in Gravesend before heading off to Little Hermitage just down the road. It had been about 2 years since I had been at Little Hermitage and it was great to be back see the staff there again – there’s a real nice family vibe to the venue. Kate and Rob’s wedding was the first one that I covered at a church since coronavirus lockdown restrictions had been eased at it was tricky having a mask on as the viewfinder kept steaming up; something that glasses wearers know about all too well! It was a great day and they were a really friendly couple to photograph.
